Since 1997 Eugen Helmut leads the lion dance team of the SHAOLIN HUNG CHOY ASSOCIATION. When he started training Kung Fu, he came in contact with the traditional lion dance. So he joined the lion dance classes of his former Kung Fu teacher Detlef Theus and later from Sifu Michael Ek Eng Guan from Singapore. In the Asian region Sifu Michael Ek Eng Guan is a very famous instructor for lion and dragon dance. His teams archieved many sucesses in international championships.
