

On Saturday, November 2nd, 2008 the students of the Kung Fu schools SHAOLIN HUNG CHOY ASSN., Gevelsberg, GERMAN ZHOU JIA KUNG FU ASSN., Haßlinghausen and ZHOU GUAN KUNG FU CENTER, Schwelm successfully took their coloured belt's exams. Also the Westfalenpost dd. 11.11.2008 and the Westfälische Rundschau dd. 19.11.2008 reported.
Under the strict eyes of their instructors and examiners, the Sifus (masters) Eugen Helmut, Thomas Warthe, Alexander Tschernjawski and Leonardo Tarantino (in the picture in the back from left) the students had to prove their mastery in so called forms, in the techniques of kicks and in fighting skills.
It takes about 8 - 12 months of continuous practice to be admitted to the next higher belt exam. To reach the black belt will take about 5 - 7 years.
