Body Fit

Besides the traditional Taiji training we additionally offer the fitness class "Body Fit". This training unit is not only for Taiji students but also for everybody who wants to improve his or her fitness.

The training is a mixture of cardiovascular training, strengthening exercises and stretching, with the objective of improving one's perseverence and flexibility and to stregthen the entire body.
